Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Yoga and/or Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Yoga or Pilates and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. As an Instructor, you will lead engaging classes that cater to various skill levels, ensuring a safe and supportive workplace for all participants. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality Yoga and/or Pilates classes that align with the studio's philosophy and objectives. Educate clients on proper techniques and modifications to enhance their practice. Provide personalized attention to clients, ensuring they understand the movements and benefits of each exercise. Maintain a clean and organized studio space before, during, and after classes. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client engagement and retention. Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them reach their fitness goals. Stay updated on industry trends and continuing education opportunities to enhance your teaching skills. Skills Robust communication skills Excellent time management skills to ensure classes start and end on schedule while maximizing client engagement. Proven customer service abilities, with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and promote a supportive community within the studio.
