We are seeking a full-time Home Care Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient delivery of home care services. This on-site role, based in West Vancouver, BC, will involve managing staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance with care standards, and building strong relationships with clients and their families. The Home Care Operations Manager will collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies for improving service quality, addressing client needs, and driving organizational growth.

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively.
• Proficiency in scheduling, operational planning, and resource management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.
• Understanding of home care services, compliance regulations, and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with administrative and record-keeping tasks, as well as proficiency in relevant software.
• Experience in health care service management or a related field is an asset.
