Order Picking - Production Associate (Vancouver)

You approach the problem at hand from a strategic and empathetic point of view What You'll Be Doing - Pick, pack and scan food products to fulfill individual customer meal kit orders - Complete tasks to meet specific time targets, with performance evaluated regularly for every task - Consistently meet a 99.8% accuracy standard while working quickly and efficiently - Follow all food safety, quality, and organization standards - Work in a 4-6°C refrigerated environment (the same temperature as a household fridge) - Remain on your feet for the full 8-hour shift What We Are Looking For - Ability to work in a time-driven environment, quickly completing work while maintaining accuracy standards - Strong attendance, including on-time arrival for every shift - Comfortable working in cold conditions (0–10°C) - Physically able to stand 8 hours and lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs - Experience working in a fast-paced and/or Warehouse workplace is not required, but is an asset What You Can Expect - Schedule of either: 3pm to 11pm (Friday - Tuesday) and 7am - 3pm (Friday-Tuesday) - Wage of $20.23/hour - Comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days - Exclusive food perks that let you experience our amazing products Equal Opportunity Statement Fresh Prep is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) and prohibits discrimination of any kind.
