Graphic Designer / Print Production (Vancouver)

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and reliable Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist to join our growing team. We are a quick-paced print shop looking for someone with real print shop experience who can confidently manage both design and production responsibilities while delivering excellent customer service. This is a team-oriented position where attention to detail, flexibility, and strong communication skills are essential. Requirements - Minimum 1–2 years of print shop experience required - Strong graphic design skills - Experience with print production workflows and equipment - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organization - Comfortable answering phones and speaking directly with customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible and willing to help in different areas of the business Responsibilities - Prepare and design print-ready artwork - Operate and assist with print production - Communicate directly with customers regarding orders and artwork - Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries - Ensure quality control on all print jobs - Help maintain efficient workflow and production timelines - Support the team in day-to-day shop operations What We’re Looking For We want someone who is: - Motivated and dependable - Looking to grow with the company - Positive and team-oriented - Comfortable in a busy production environment - Focused on delivering high-quality work and customer service To Apply Please send - Your resume - Portfolio (if available) - Brief description of your print shop experience - Do NOT Apply in person.
