3D Visualization Designer (Vancouver)

Major Tasks and Responsibilities - Creation of 3D Visualization and animations for creative application and marketing purpose - 3D model support and photo compositing - Angle Studies and space planning - Exterior/Interior conceptualization and visual detailing - Collaboration with our creative and project management team to formulate solutions for projects In this challenging role, you will review architectural and interior design details and collaborate with the project team to determine the various production factors, concepts and cutting edge designs. You should have experience in translating and articulating design intent while extending marketing and advertising concepts into design solutions. Creative and production related duties include designing projects from concept to completion, preparing and updating progress reports, and supporting or assisting the team on a variety of angle study requirements and other tasks as required for project success. Requirements - At least 3 years of visualization work experience - Excellent knowledge of modelling, texturing, and lighting in 3DS MAX and VRAY - Comfortable with Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (working knowledge) - Strong Adobe Photoshop handling (Advanced) - Knowledge of or experience with Forest Pack - Understanding of VR/AR concepts and how gamification works - A degree/diploma from an accredited institution in Architecture or Graphic Design - Low poly modelling capability is an asset - Motivated and ambitious to aspire to higher roles Compensation includes bonuses and perks.
