Customer Service Representative (Vancouver)

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service and ensure a smooth shopping experience. The ideal candidate is accurate, flexible, detail-oriented, and demonstrates robust communication skills, high emotional intelligence (EQ), a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, and willing to work as a team. Duties - Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and resolving any issues. - Perform cashiering duties including cash handling, processing credit/debit card transactions, and maintaining an accurate cash drawer. - Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance the customer shopping experience. - Occasionally assist with stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining store cleanliness. - Support each other of the team to ensure smooth operations. - Handle customer inquiries effectively. Skills - Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. - Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. - Bilingual (English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese) abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
