Role Overview

The Senior Associate/Associate, Production supports the team in ensuring precise allocation, strategic negotiation, and seamless execution of production plans.Responsibilities

Understand the assortment and business to build a production plan that accelerates growth. Support the team in developing high‑quality products against defined standards using industry leading practices. Negotiate to secure the best production lead‑times without compromising quality. Negotiate to secure the best production margins without compromising quality or lead‑times.Ensure world‑class execution, delivering high quality, timely, and cost‑effective products. Qualifications

Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in production. Comfort and/or interest in order management technology (PLM, ERP). Commitment to learning and applying Aritzia’s Values, Business, and People Leadership principles. Ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners.Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business. Compensation

At Aritzia, compensation is market‑leading and performance‑based. The range for this level is $50,000–$150,000 per year, with total compensation potentially greater, including base, bonus, and/or equity. Benefits
