Join the SoilRes3 Lab as a Lab Research Coordinator responsible for planning experiments and coordinating lab activities. Your expertise will enhance soil-plant feedback studies and foster lab cohesion. Under the guidance of Dr. Cornelis, you'll collaborate closely with graduate students, helping with fieldwork, lab experiments, and maintaining safety compliance. As a key member, you will optimize project workflows, manage lab finances, and ensure effective communication between lab members and external partners. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and perform soil-plant feedback experiments • Troubleshoot issues during research projects • Collect and interpret experimental data • Organize lab activities and manage workflows • Oversee daily operations and financing of the lab Requirements: • Relevant degree with three years of experience • Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion • Respect for diverse viewpoints and conflict resolution • Solid organizational and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively and independently Leverage your skills to coordinate research and facilitate meaningful collaboration in the SoilRes3 Lab.
