Join HDR as a Structural BIM Designer and make an impact on diverse building and infrastructure projects across North America. Your role will focus on creating and maintaining complex structural models in a team-driven workplace. This position at HDR covers the entire design process from inception to execution, where creating coordinated design packages is key. You will work closely with architects and engineers, generating high-quality BIM outputs while improving drawing clarity and workflow efficiency. Your ability to proactively assess and communicate model progress will be essential to meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed BIM models reflecting design intent Organize and enhance discipline model outputs Assist in design reviews and 3-D coordination efforts Prepare layouts and diagrams within project scope Maintain project-specific documentation and annotations Requirements: Technical degree or minimum of three years relevant experience Competency in Revit and AutoCAD Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Experience with coordination tools and document management Compliance with safety policies during site attendance Leverage your structural design skills and BIM knowledge to help HDR deliver exceptional infrastructure solutions.
