Construction Delivery Driver Vancouver

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to various locations in a timely and efficient manner. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and excellent customer service skills. Duties: Safely and efficiently transport goods and products to designated locations Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher Ensure all deliveries are completed on time Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and signatures Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving Requirements: Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards is a plus Forklift certification is an advantage Please note that this position requires heavy lifting, moving, and driving commercial vehicles.
