Conduct user research end‑to‑end, interviewing technical artists and developers to uncover friction points in environment‑building workflows. Translate complex, unstructured data from user sessions and analytics into clear design recommendations and high‑fidelity prototypes. Design and improve on UI/UX solutions for procedural tools that align with (or help define) a cohesive internal design system.Partner with Technical Art Directors and Engineers to balance backend capabilities and frontend usability. Experiment with LLMs and AI‑driven design methodologies to automate repetitive tasks and enhance the creative output of our teams. Present research findings and design concepts to diverse audiences, advocating for the user while balancing project constraints.Bonus (Bonus if you have…)

Pay Transparency– North America Pay Ranges (British Columbia): $104,500 – $142,800 CAD. Benefits
