Carpenters and Apprentices - High End Residential - Vancouver

Job Site Locations is located in Vancouver. Postle Construction Inc. is a high end residential general contracting construction company looking for apprentice forming/framing carpenters with experience working on extremely high end custom homes. Postle Construction works exclusively with architectural firms such as Mcleod Bovell Up-to-date Houses, D'arcy Jones Architecture, and Measured Architecture to name a few. PC provides high end german tooling and equipment. Projects budgets range from $5m-$30m At Postle Construction we prioritize utilizing our in house team to self perform all forming, framing, exterior cladding, and interior finishing. In doing so we ensure control and project shcedule is maintained to the very best of our abilites. Carpenters that work for PC can be confident that they will be the ones perfomring these tasks and the work will only be subcontracted in the event we are short on man power. We offer extended full medical and dental benefits, automatic deposit and smart phone app based time keeping. Our company also offers future site superintendents and project management roles for carpenters who demonstrate loyalty and work their way up through the ranks. Successful apprentice applicants will have a minimum of 1 year in the industry and should be enrolled through the ITA in the apprenticeship program. All apprentices can expect to be sponsored by PC Inc. We are highly respected members of the ITA and all our foreman, superintendents, and owner of the company are Red Seal Certified Carpenters. All apprentices can rest assure their work based training reports and recommendations for certification will be taken care of promptly upon completion. We believe in the apprenticeship program but are also happy to hire carpenters that have learnt the trade from a hands on approach.
