Meal Prep Cook (Part-Time) About the Role Palmerston PA is a boutique personal and executive assistant company serving a discerning clientele in Vancouver. Our meal prep arm is growing, and we are looking for a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Meal Prep Cook to join our small team and provide high-quality weekly meal preparation for our private clients. This is a hands-on cooking role in a private kitchen setting. You will work closely with the company owner on an ongoing basis - this isn't a drop-in and disappear job. We value someone who brings ideas to the table, takes pride in their food, and wants to grow with us. Beyond executing existing plans, there is a real creative opportunity here. What You'll Do - Prepare weekly meal batches for private clients according to provided recipes and macro targets - Collaborate with the owner on meal planning, new recipe ideas, and menu development - Follow detailed prep plans including proteins, carbohydrates, vegetables, sauces, and snacks - Portion, label, and package meals for client delivery or pickup - Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout each shift - Flag ingredient or supply needs ahead of each cook day - Communicate any substitutions or changes clearly and proactively What We're Looking For - Experience in meal prep, catering, personal chef work, or a professional kitchen - Strong knife skills and comfort cooking large quantities efficiently - Ability to follow detailed recipes and macro-based portioning guidelines - A creative cook who enjoys contributing ideas, not just executing them - Dairy-free cooking experience is a strong asset - Highly organized, clean, and self-directed - Punctual and reliable -- consistency matters in this role - Discreet and qualified in private client settings To Apply Please submit your resume to along with a brief note about your cooking background and any relevant meal prep experience.
