**Description** Peace Health St. Josephs Medical Center in Bellingham, WA is seeking a Pharmacist Intern for a Per Diem/Relief, 0.00 FTE, Variable position. The salary range for this job opening at Peace Health is $23.74 u2013 $35.62. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc. **Job Summary** This position performs the basic job functions as a pharmacist while under the direct supervision of a pharmacist as a means of fulfilling the requirements of the State Board of Pharmacy for licensure. This job teaches the intern the basic concepts for providing pharmaceutical care. **What you will do:** Package and deliver medications to patients. Interpret and input physician orders into the hospital computer system. Function as a pharmacy technician while learning (and observing) the duties and responsibilities of a pharmacist.
