MAKE is looking for an organization-driven coordinator to support and evolve our internal brands, including Make Originals (MO’s). In this role, you’ll own spreadsheets, timelines, and trackers, coordinate across teams, and ensure products move seamlessly from concept to the retail floor. This is an ideal prospect for someone who wants to excel at operational execution now and step into a creative leadership role that runs the full internal brand operation. What you’ll do day-to-day: Track and coordinate projects, timelines, and artist collaborations Keep inventory, production, and wholesale processes organized and on track Maintain accurate product, vendor, and partner information Collaborate closely with production, retail, and internal teams to keep products, timelines, and information aligned Who you are: Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in spreadsheets and systems Able to juggle multiple priorities and timelines with confidence Proactive, curious, and excited to grow into greater ownership and leadership A clear, thoughtful communicator across teams, artists, and partners This is a chance to excel at operational execution now and expand your impact into creative leadership, keeping MAKE vibrant, expressive, and proudly local.
