Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office workplace. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, clerical expertise, and the ability to manage various office functions effectively. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office procedures. Responsibilities - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls. - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. - Support the job estimating and invoicing process in Quickbooks online. - Evaluate and handle accounts payable. - Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely submission of employee hours. - Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document preparation. - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. - Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. - Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Experience & Qualifications - Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. - Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is essential. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). - Ability to learn software such as Quickbooks Online.
