STRIVE seeks a meticulous Fund Administrator to oversee benefits administration and compliance in a unionized setting. Help maintain accurate records and support employer contributions to health and pension plans. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of two years' experience in benefits administration or payroll. You will manage remittance processing, ensure data integrity, and communicate effectively with employers and plan members regarding their contributions and eligibility. Key Responsibilities: - Review and process health and pension benefit remittances - Monitor compliance with remittance obligations - Prepare audit documentation and reports for management - Maintain up-to-date records for employers and members - Respond to inquiries from union representatives Requirements: - Robust educational background in business or finance - 2+ years of experience in a relevant field - Familiarity with collective agreements and benefit plans - Advanced spreadsheet and database proficiency - High attention to detail and organizational skills Support STRIVE’s mission in delivering exceptional benefits administration and compliance services.
