Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and technically driven Technical & Support Coordinator to support our Technical & Support Manager in delivering IMIT (Information Management & Information Technology) systems across complex construction projects. This role will assist in coordinating design reviews, technical deliverables, commissioning activities, cybersecurity documentation, and programming support while ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and schedules. Responsibilities - Assist with review of design drawings, specifications, SOR requirements, and shop drawing packages - Support design assist activities and track technical queries, scope changes, and action items - Assist with programming plans, system labeling standards, and mock‑up testing - Support commissioning activities, including pre‑functional and functional testing documentation - Coordinate QA/QC documentation and track deficiencies to closure - Assist with panel schedules, layouts, install manuals, and training documentation - Support submission of Client System Cybersecurity Assessment Forms (SAF) - Monitor and report on technical deliverables and milestone progress - Provide coordination support to system analysts and lead technicians Required Qualifications - 2–4 years experience in IMIT, low‑voltage systems, or technical coordination within construction - Familiarity with commissioning, QA/QC processes, and system integrations - Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications - Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Systems, IT, or related field - Experience with Procore, Fieldwire, or similar platforms Physical Demands - Must be able to effectively communicate in English, i.e. see, hear, speak and write clearly to communicate with colleagues and/or customers - Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment - Sitting, standing, walking in office environments and construction sites - The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may be required to work at heights over 1.8m (6 feet) Working Conditions - The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderate - Will be required to be on site with customers or contractors, with or without Bosch Building Technology colleagues to manage the expectations and deliverables.
