Vancouver Property Leasing Administrator Role

Enhance guest experiences as a Property Leasing Administrator at UBC Properties Trust in Vancouver, BC. This full-time role is central to managing short-term furnished accommodations and ensuring high-quality readiness.

As part of our dedicated property management team, you'll play an essential role in supporting new faculty and staff with seamless housing transitions. You'll handle inquiries, manage bookings, and ensure guest suites are fully furnished and welcoming. Your organizational skills will support successful communications with applicants and the UBC Housing and Relocation Services office.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the efficiency of the short-term booking calendar • Ensure furnished suites are move-in ready for guests • Manage and follow-up on inquiries regarding suite availability • Track communication and prepare lease agreements • Coordinate with maintenance to maintain suite quality

Requirements:• Degree or diploma in a relevant field is required • Experience in hospitality or property management preferred • Competence in MS Office and familiarity with Yardi • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly detail-oriented and organized work ethic
