About The Role As Revenue Manager, you will own the end-to-end revenue recognition process and serve as a trusted independent advisor to the business. You will ensure accurate IFRS‑compliant reporting, lead the accounts receivables function, and partner cross‑functionally to drive financial clarity and operational excellence. Responsibilities Revenue Recognition & Compliance: Own and administer the revenue recognition process in accordance with IFRS 15 and internal policy, acting as an independent advisor to the business. AR Operations Management: Oversee accounts receivable operations to ensure timely, accurate invoicing and collections. Reporting & Analysis: Analyze and reconcile key revenue accounts monthly; communicate KPIs and financial results to senior stakeholders. Month‑End Close: Drive timely month‑end close procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations for billing and revenue accounts. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the AR and collections team, fostering a high‑performance culture. Audit & Controls: Support external year‑end audits and maintain strong internal controls over revenue transactions. Process Improvements: Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities across finance operations. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams outside of finance to manage large accounts and provide guidance on revenue‑related matters. Represent the finance team on company‑wide projects, including system implementations, new initiatives, and ad‑hoc assignments. Contribute across the broader accounting function as needed, including AP, GL, and FP&A.; Qualifications CPA designation with 2-3 years post‑qualification experience. Strong expertise in accounting and financial principles and governance (GAAP, IFRS). Deep knowledge and understanding of IFRS 15 – Revenue from Contracts with Customers. Ability to thrive in a rapid‑paced, dynamic workplace and manage competing priorities effectively. Proven leadership experience managing accounting or finance teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience in Certinia is an asset. Proficient in Excel.
