Kitchen positions are currently available for hire. Successful applicants will display maturity, charisma and have an overall passion for the restaurant industry. Previous experience in the industry is a requirement. Key Responsibilities Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring a speedy output Function as part of a team, with a focus on communication Ensure food and plating specifications are met, while executing appropriate food handling protocols Uphold cleanliness of workstation Support in all areas of the kitchen Key Requirements Previous experience in a full-service restaurant considered to be an asset Impeccable attention to detail Energetic and positive Able to work both independently and as part of a team Possess basic food handling and preparation knowledge Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment All staff members will be required to wear masks during shifts, regularly hand wash, and sanitize frequently.
