Staff Engineer We are seeking a Staff Engineer to design, build, and maintain high‑performance, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure solutions that enable seamless work experiences from any device. Responsibilities Engineer product features, including design, coding, code review, testing, and automation of functional development tests. Design across application layers and distributed systems to implement models for SaaS‑based security. Collaborate with backend, frontend, infrastructure, and domain teams on challenging problems and customer escalations. Drive complex technical discussions and design decisions across stakeholders. Maintain a customer focus to deliver high‑quality solutions and support customer‑facing teams for maximum satisfaction. Operate with a
service‑ownership mindset in a DevOps environment, ensuring automation, quality, CI/CD, logging, and monitoring of built services. Qualifications High proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework. Experience with object‑oriented design and multi‑threaded programming. Knowledge of Windows OS and systems‑level programming (Win32 APIs, COM, process isolation, virtualization, etc.) is a large bonus. Familiarity with Windows process architecture, Winlogon, user and system contexts. Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and log analysis skills. Demonstrated experience with large‑scale enterprise deployments. Strong client‑server development skills, including WinUI and REST APIs using .NET. Ability to write high‑quality code and unit/integration tests with mocking and instrumentation. Knowledge across the .NET ecosystem (.NET Framework 4.5/4.6/4.8, .NET Core 1/2/3, .NET 5.0/6.0).
