Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) (Vancouver)

Your Role As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Treasure AI, you will ensure our products scale efficiently, securely, and reliably. You will work collaboratively with engineers across the company, enabling new product growth and innovation while maintaining speed. Responsibilities Lead, define and execute the technical roadmap for our cloud platform (AWS, EC2, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Observability, IAC, tooling). Work closely with internal service teams to accelerate their efforts, automate work, drive adoption of tooling and platform releases, and ensure product reliability. Implement improvements to enhance efficiency across AWS infrastructure layers, including networking, storage, compute, and orchestration. Collaborate with security and IT teams to promptly identify and address vulnerabilities, automate access, and uphold high security standards. Explore effective uses of AI in SRE and engineering, building tools and workflows for organizational adoption. Provide expert advice to new projects, ensuring they are architected for maximum reliability and efficiency from the beginning. Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in an SRE, DevOps, software engineering, or related role with distributed systems at scale. Experience with AWS and related cloud technologies (e.g., EKS, EC2, IAC). Proficiency with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go).Experience with up-to-date SaaS development practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD). Excellent English communication skills in a diverse, collaborative, and distributed environment. Preferred Qualifications History of involvement in the open‑source community. Understanding of agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban). Physical Requirements Work out of our Vancouver, BC office following our Global Hybrid Working Policy.
