In turn, we offer an award‐winning workplace that fosters a people‐first culture with a high priority on your personal and professional growth.Your Opportunity Own the architecture of Dayforce solutions and lead other team members in design, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, data conversion and integration.At the delivery stage, work with implementation teams to ensure the overall solution architecture is sound and the proposed design meets the expectations set during the selection process.Drive project initiatives by collaborating with the delivery team to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.Set direction for the practice and mentor fellow consultants.Document and transfer knowledge internally and externally.Support client testing and QA activities.Conduct design and peer reviews, including unit testing.Work with the project team to review problems, define and test solutions.Exercise leadership through superior technical and domain knowledge.Prepare design documentation and create implementation instructions to support deployments.At the opportunity stage, work with prospects to understand business requirements and advise BDO's leadership and business development teams on the best solution.Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of the proposed solution.How do we define success for your role? Demonstrate BDO's core values through all aspects of your work: Integrity, Respect and Collaboration.Understand client's industry, challenges, and opportunities; clients describe you aspositive, professional, and delivering high quality work.Identify, recommend, and focus on effective service delivery to your clients.Share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains & attracts talent.Actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace.Grow your expertise through learning and professional development.Your Experience and Education Minimum 5 years of Dayforce Solution Architecture experience.Broad knowledge of Dayforce functional capabilities across multiple modules.Experience working in one or more target industries—Manufacturing & Distribution, Energy & Natural Resources, Retail, Financial Services, and/or Not for Profit organizations.Post‐secondary education in a relevant business discipline (B.Com., CPA, etc.) preferred.Task Management and Project Coordination skills.Coaching and/or mentoring experience.Exceptional presentation skills for internal/external purposes.Ability to thrive in a virtual, collaborative organization.Excellent oral and written communication skills with clients and colleagues at different levels.Ability to multi‐task effectively while delivering quality work with attention to detail.Excellent time‐management skills to manage multiple projects with defined deadlines.Adaptability to changing client requirements.Enjoy working in a self‐teaching, learning organization.Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.The expected range of compensation for this role is $115,000 to $165,000.Benefits include flexible benefits from day one, a market‐leading personal time‐off policy, wellness reimbursement, and opportunities for professional development.
