We are looking for a candidate with a strong passion for the industry, as well as the know how to build, direct, and manage a team.Successful applicants will be skilled in organization, professionalism, and giving direction. This position involves the supervision of staff, helping to plan, organize and direct all aspects of the food service operations on a day-to-day basis within a corporate environment.Culinary experiences and well-maintained environments are fundamental to student success. Aramark chefs and dietitians are constantly reviewing the latest insights and food trends to find the next culinary innovation and help students discover their love of food.We partner with you to enhance the student experience, support parents, and collaborate with administration, all while delivering on the expectations of parents and the community.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day food service operation, delegate tasks, motivate and coach staffOversee the flow of day-to-day operations on the floor and address operational and staffing concernsManage and direct food production planning, waste management, record keeping, and follow upEnsure food safety standards and HACCP complied with at all timesProactively manage food and labor cost controlsRecruitment, training, and orientation of staffResponsible for staff scheduling and filling shifts as needed.Responsible for supervising cash handling procedures such as balance cash float, safe, and depositsOther duties as assigned by management from time to timeAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
