Your Role as an HR AdministratorChoose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As the HR Administrator, your role will include: Maintaining accurate and confidential employee and candidate records, screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and supporting general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and assisting with year-end HR activities. Drafting, coordinating, and finalizing various HR documents, including employment agreements, proof of employment letters, transfer/change memos, and company policies and procedures. Supporting onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Providing administrative support across People & Culture functions, including Health & Safety, Talent and Performance, and HR Operations. Scheduling and coordinating HR-related meetings, events, and initiatives, including compliance and safety training. Assisting in the coordination and administration of employee programs, which may include benefits, compensation, performance management, training and development, health & safety, and HRIS maintenance. Providing professional, kind, and effective communication across all levels of the organization and with external contacts. Contributing to employee engagement and wellness by organizing programs, events, and initiatives. Participating in ad-hoc and project-based HR improvement initiatives, including drafting and implementing new policies, procedures, and workflows.
