We are looking for an experienced Customer Representative to be the interface between the Aircraft Manufacturer and the Customer (aircraft buyers/airlines). This role is ideal for a retired aviation quality inspector seeking adaptable, part‑time work. Responsibilities Coordinate technical (airframe, engine, systems) and commercial (cabin equipment, aircraft delivery) aspects between partners. Ensure quality, respond to customer inquiries, detect and report discrepancies. Maintain strong relationships with our client and customers. Track aircraft construction progress and manage related documentation. Requirements Aeronautical or military training, with 5-10 years in the aeronautical field. Fluent in technical English, with in‑depth knowledge of aeronautical systems and technologies. Qualifications Familiar with internal/client processes and international relations.
