Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un ingénieur processus et performance pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein du département Excellence opérationnelle, Manufacturing Engineering, basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez à l'optimisation de la performance industrielle de l’A220. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Ingénieur processus et performance chargée de l'amélioration continue et de l'efficacité opérationnelle. L'équipe pilote la feuille de route ( roadmap ) d'amélioration et assure le suivi de la performance industrielle transverse (aléas, efficacité, CVAT, rate readiness, etc.). Votre rôle en tant qu'ingénieur processus et performance sera de piloter l'analyse de performance, l'équilibrage de ligne (SLB) et les feuilles de route d'amélioration pour optimiser la production de série. *Le siège du programme d'avions commerciaux A220 est situé à Mirabel, dans la région métropolitaine de Montréal, à deux pas de la ville dynamique de Montréal. You will be part of the Process and Performance Engineer team responsible for continuous improvement and operational efficiency. The team leads the Improvement Roadmap and monitors transverse industrial performance (Hazards, Efficiency, CVAT, Rate readiness, etc.). Evaluate and optimize transverse industrial performance using key indicators (e.G., efficiency, production rate, cycle time, etc.); * Design and maintain Standard Line Balancing (SLB) for all production configurations; * Generate and publish the final balancing for each aircraft in production; * Propose concrete and measurable action plans to improve process efficiency; * Lead the improvement roadmap and REX (Return of Experience) initiatives with the Manufacturing Engineering MFT team; * Ensure the link with upstream and downstream workstations and be the point of contact with the EAP (Autonomous Production Team). *You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience); * You have solid professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace (minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience required); * You are proficient inindustrial performance concepts, time analysis, and line balancing (SLB); * You have demonstratedexpertise in production flow modeling (PERT) and root cause analysis methods (Pareto); * You are able to work independently and interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams (production, quality, finance, methods, engineering); * You are proficient inFrench and English.
