Receptionist, Concord

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. - Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. - Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. - Schedule and manage appointments or meetings as needed. - Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. - Assist with basic Accounts Payable tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining records. - Assist employees and management with inquiries or requests. - Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - Other duties as assigned This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
