Position Details As an Accident Benefits Learning Consultant, you will shape the knowledge and confidence of our Claims Adjusters, ensuring they possess the technical and business expertise needed to deliver exceptional service to claimants, customers, and Members.
What You Will Do
Consult with business partners in Accident Benefits Claims to determine learning needs
Design and develop learning programs—from small to large scale—using the most effective instructional methods and materials
Present information engagingly using a variety of instructional techniques and formats
Stay current on the insurance industry, the Statutory Accident Benefit Schedule (SABS), and training&development trends
Who You Are
Post‑secondary degree/diploma and a degree or certificate (or willingness to obtain) in Adult Education
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accident Benefits Claims Adjuster, adjudicating non‑catastrophic claims
Minimum 5 years of experience designing small to large scale learning programs or in training facilitation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia preferred
Strong analytical skills
French language proficiency is an asset
Salient Information The salary range for this position is not inclusive of total compensation and will be affected by factors such as skill set, experience, location, and business line. Candidates with expectations outside the range are encouraged to apply.
