In this full-time position, you will utilize your engineering degree and at least 5 years of experience in the automotive sector. Responsibilities involve managing manufacturing processes, conducting time and motion studies, and implementing continuous improvement projects. You will also ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee implementation of continuous improvement processes • Conduct capacity constraints analysis for manufacturing • Develop and design efficient production workflows • Facilitate training and onboarding of new processes • Perform regular equipment and facility audits

Requirements:• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is necessary • Minimum 5 years automotive manufacturing experience required • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and QMS standards • Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and lead projects
