$140,000– $165,000 base + bonus

Integrated Marketing Communications Director

who doesn’t just execute campaigns but shapes how brands show up in culture and translates that into measurable business performance. This is a leadership role where you will own the intersection of

Paid, Earned, and Owned media , with a strong focus on

influencer and creator strategies .

This opportunity is best suited for someone who understands how modern beauty brands grow through content, creators, and community—and can translate that into integrated, high-impact campaigns that drive both cultural relevance and commercial results.

You’ll have the autonomy to lead strategy, the cross-functional support to execute, and the expectation to deliver work that drives both brand relevance and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES The Integrated Marketing Communications Director will:

Lead integrated marketing communications across PR, influencer/creator marketing, social media, content, and paid media

Own and evolve Earned media strategy, including influencer partnerships, PR, and brand storytelling

Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and media partners

Develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomes

Oversee social media strategy (organic and paid), ensuring alignment between content, community, and performance marketing

Own paid media strategy across platforms including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and digital channels, working closely with agencies to drive performance and optimization

Integrate retail media (Amazon, Walmart Connect, and other retailer platforms) into broader campaign strategy to support conversion across channels

Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, and Sales teams to support product launches and core business priorities

Manage and challenge agency partners to ensure strong strategic thinking, execution, and performance across all communication channels

Monitor campaign performance and use insights to continuously improve results

Stay current on trends across beauty, fashion, influencer marketing, and digital media

QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in integrated marketing communications, PR, or related roles

Experience within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or CPG industries

Proven experience leading Earned media and influencer/creator strategies

Strong understanding of Paid, Earned, and Owned media ecosystems

Experience across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta platforms

Demonstrated ability to build brands through content, creators, and community

Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams

Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance

Experience working with agencies and managing external partners

Experience working with or integrating retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart Connect) is an asset
