About Our Client This manufacturing company located in the GTA is looking for a full time permanent
Marketing Communications Manager .
Responsibilities
Develop integrated marketing communication plans aligned with business goals and product strategies/roadmaps.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to translate technical features into customer-focused value propositions.
Support go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches, including messaging, collateral, and promotional campaigns.
Develop annual MACOM budget, key projects, and monitor their progress.
Produce high quality content such as brochures, case studies, white papers, technical articles, presentations, and company websites.
Manage digital content across company websites, social media channels, and various email platforms.
Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all communication materials.
Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, print, trade publications, and social media).
Track campaign performance and optimize based on data‑driven insights.
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors when needed.
Organize and support industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
Develop booth messaging, product displays, and promotional materials.
Manage event logistics and post‑event follow‑up activities.
Support internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, announcements, and employee engagement campaigns.
Work with leadership to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
Maintain relationships with industry media and trade publications.
Draft press releases, product announcements, and thought‑leadership articles.
Monitor and report brand perception and ensure alignment with corporate identity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or B2B environments strongly preferred.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (CRM, CMS, email automation, analytics).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge of industrial products, automation, manufacturing processes, or engineering concepts.
Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
Ability to create video scripts or basic multimedia content.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
