Job Overview Are you passionate about beauty and haircare? We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team who has experience working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on excellence, communicates professionally, and enjoys being part of a growth-focused organization. What You’ll Do - Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business - Create and format documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports - Manage calendars, scheduling, email communication, and general coordination - Support trade shows, events, and marketing initiatives - Assist with Shopify updates, order support, and general e-commerce tasks - Help organize files, systems, and internal processes - Support social media and content creation/coordination as needed - Create light graphics/content using Canva (nice to have) Requirements - Previous administrative experience in an office setting - Previous sales/account management experience an asset - Expert level experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools, Teams, Zoom and Google Meets - Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, and document proofreading - Experience with QuickBooks and/or other accounting/inventory management systems (nice to have) - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Strong customer service skills with skilled phone etiquette - Comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment - Positive, proactive, solution-focused attitude - Post-secondary education Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits: - Casual dress - On-site parking - Paid time off Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o4a21
