Receptionist/Administrative Assistant (Vaughan)

Our busy physiotherapy clinic is looking for a part-time patient care administrator /physiotherapy assistant, who is friendly, empathetic, hard-working, and organized. Duties include greeting clients, booking appointments, billing patients and general clinic tidiness. Strong customer service and multi-tasking skills are a must. The clinic is a busy place and the ideal candidate must be able to multi task well to prioritize their job duties and work well independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with the use of a MAC computer, Microsoft Office and general computer skills is also necessary for the job. Experience working in a clinical environment is an asset but not mandatory . Other job duties include assisting the physiotherapists with the application and removal of hot and ice packs , removal of IFC tens machines and general assistance as needed. Shifts would be evenings from 4pm - 8pm (Monday to Thursday as required). You would have specific days of the week once your schedule is confirmed. (2-4 shifts during the week). Saturdays (9am - 3pm) on a weekly basis. Day shift or Friday hours will be needed occasionally to cover staff off sick or on vacation. Full training is provided.
