Pilates Instructor (North York)

We are a Boutique Pilates studio in North York and we are seeking an experienced and passionate Pilates instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead private and small group classes for our clients in a welcoming, caring and professional manner. Responsibilities: - Conduct small group and private Pilates sessions utilizing our Balance Body Reformers - Develop individualized Pilates programs for clients based on their needs, goals and fitness level - Provide hands-on corrections and adjustments to ensure proper form and technique - Communicate with clients to provide feedback, track progress, and offer support and encouragement - Maintain a clean and organized studio environment - Participate in studio events, promotions and marketing activities to attract new clients Requirements: - Certification in Mat, Reformer and all other apparatus is a MUST and should be from a reputable organization. - Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Reformer Pilates - Strong understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics - Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients - Skilled, friendly, and caring demeanor - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends If you are a passionate and experienced Pilates instructor looking to join a dynamic and supportive team in a boutique studio environment, please apply with your resume and cover letter.
