Job Overview We are seeking a qualified and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our office. The ideal candidate will possess solid clerical skills, be proficient in office software, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. This position offers an opportunity to work in a agile environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service Handle data entry tasks accurately using, our CRM, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as needed Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically Schedule appointments and coordinate calendar Administrative duties such as Inventory management, managing correspondence, and preparing reports Ensure the showroom remains organized, tidy and welcoming at all times Provide support for client inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and customer support skills Work within CRM software systems to update customer information, manage leads, and maintain records Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment for clients and staff Assist ownership with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing Google Calendar invites, and coordinating meetings Requirements Proven clerical or administrative experience Strong computer skills with proficiency in Google Workspace, and data entry software Organize, update, and maintain company files and folders within Google Drive Knowledge of the basics QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all work Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Office experience that demonstrates reliability and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Previous administrative assistant, receptionist, or showroom experience is considered an asset We look forward to welcoming a motivated, organized, and positive individual to our team who will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations and overall atmosphere of our showroom.
