We are currently looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher / Service Coordinator. Who We’re Looking For We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume setting. The ideal candidate must be: - Excellent at multitasking and staying organized - Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls daily - Able to communicate professionally with both customers and technicians over the phone - Friendly, patient, and customer-focused - Able to work efficiently under pressure - Detail-oriented and reliable - A strong team player with a professional attitude - Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and office software Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, call centers, reception, or office administration is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
