We’re a growing, relationship-driven insurance brokerage looking for a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service and building long-term trust. What You’ll Be Doing - Provide exceptional day‑to‑day customer service to clients. - Handle renewals, remarkets, and policy changes with a focus on retention - Provide coverage advice tailored to client needs - Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities - Maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters - Support producers and collaborate across the team - Ensure timely follow-ups on client requests, endorsements, and submissions What You Bring - Active RIBO license (in good standing) - 2+ years of personal lines experience (brokerage preferred) - Strong knowledge of home and auto policies - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - A client-first mindset with strong communication skills - Experience with BMS system PowerBroker an asset What Sets You Apart - You don’t just process, you advise and build relationships - You’re proactive, organized, and take ownership of your work - You enjoy being part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment - You look for opportunities to grow within a company Compensation & Perks - $56,000 – $75,000 salary - Paid vacation + personal/sick days - Group benefits - Growth and advancement opportunities - Supportive, team-focused culture - Company events & community involvement - Business casual workplace This position is currently vacant and open to qualified applicants.
