Pacston Canada is on the hunt for a Bilingual (English / Mandarin) Client Success Manager to work onsite in our North York office to manage global immigration cases. This position acts as a point of contact and support for clients who require global immigration applications. The duty of this position is to communicate with clients regarding their immigrant applicants' inquiries on the phone or through the Case Management system. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in the law/legal field, receiving training and exposure to the field of federal law, and assisting in global talent migration. Job Responsibilities: - Become a trusted advisor: Offer clear explanations, address client inquiries, and resolve any concerns on immigration applications effectively. - Navigate the immigration journey: Guide clients through the intricacies of immigration applications, providing clear explanations and expert support. - Be the client's advocate: Ensure a smooth and successful immigration process by proactively identifying clients' needs to recommend the appropriate service and collaborate with internal teams. - Case Management Mastery: Proficiently utilize the company's Case Management System to streamline communication, track application progress, and efficiently manage client inquiries. Required Qualifications: - A passionate communicator with exceptional customer service skills. - A detail-oriented individual with a knack for accuracy and organization. - A natural multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. - A team player who is adaptable and can build rapport with diverse clients. - A professional with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. - Previous experience in customer service, or a related field is an asset.
