Delta Plus Canada Inc. is seeking a dynamic, professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vaughan, ON. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and contributing to our team's success. Key Responsibilities - Omnichannel Support: Engage with customers professionally via phone, email, and live chat to assist with inquiries, resolve technical or service issues, and process sales orders accurately. - Customer Consultations: Analyze individual customer needs to recommend the best products or services, maximizing satisfaction and driving revenue through strategic upselling. - Data Management: Maintain high-accuracy data entry by updating customer profiles, order histories, and interactions within the internal database. - Quality Assurance: Utilize excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to ensure every customer interaction is positive, supportive, and aligned with company standards. Requirements & Qualifications - Language: Full fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in French is highly preferred. - Experience: Proven experience in customer service, call center environments, or a related client-facing sales role. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport. - Technical Skills: Proficient in high-accuracy data entry and comfortable navigating multi-line phone systems and customer databases. - Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns efficiently.
