Sales and Customer Service Representative (Woodbridge)

Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and business clients, delivering a professional and authoritative experience in every interaction. - Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via email, phone, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. - Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities. - Negotiate with clients and vendors confidently to reach mutually beneficial agreements. - Manage and update company social media accounts to maintain an active and professional online presence. - Process invoices, manage billing records, and perform daytoday bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks. - Identify client needs and proactively offer solutions, demonstrating creative thinking and strong problem solving skills. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery. - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and followups in the CRM system. - Support general administrative tasks and contribute to continuous improvement of customer-facing processes. Skills - Communication & Interpersonal - Fluent in English spoken and written with a polished and professional communication style. Sales & Negotiation - Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with confidence. - Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting with a results driven mindset. - Experience managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure. Technical & Administrative - Basic understanding of QuickBooks for invoicing, billing, and basic financial record keeping. - Comfortable managing business social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). - Strong email etiquette and the ability to craft clear, professional correspondence. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
