As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Seasonal Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse and production operations during our busy season. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Seasonal Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate (Part-Time). This role involves operating forklifts, organizing inventory, loading/unloading products, supporting warehouse operations, and assisting with customer pickups in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys hands-on work in a warehouse or production setting. Location & Employment Details Work Location: 1641 Langstaff Rd, Unit 15, Concord, ON L4K 5T3 Job Type: Part-time, Seasonal Position (until early to mid-September 2026) Schedule & Compensation Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: This position will follow one of the following schedules based on operational requirements and business needs; - Schedule A: Friday / Saturday / Sunday - Schedule B: Saturday / Sunday / Monday Final scheduling will be determined at the discretion of the employer. Candidates must be available to work either schedule as required. Key Responsibilities - Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and organize inventory throughout warehouse, freezer, and truck loading areas - Build, move, and organize skids of ice for storage and delivery preparation - Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently - Audit inventory and complete required paperwork, inventory logs, and maintenance documentation - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times - Greet customers, assist with order pickups, and provide professional and friendly customer service - Operate a POS (Point of Sale) system to process customer orders and assist customers with pickups - Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and operational standards - Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned Qualifications - Valid Forklift Safety Certificate/License with previous forklift operating experience - Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team - Good communication and customer service skills - Comfortable using a POS system or willingness to learn - Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and company safety procedures - Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs - Comfortable working in a cold environment, including freezer areas - Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist with maintaining ice production equipment and machinery Why Join The Iceman? - Quick-paced and supportive team workplace - Team-oriented workplace focused on safety, reliability, and operational excellence - Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing company - Opportunity to develop new skills and take on a variety of responsibilities throughout the busy season - Be part of a company with over 35 years of industry experience Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ogwtc
