Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Edit Analyst) to join a fast-paced environment supporting dealer networks across Canada. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and sales representatives, ensuring all inquiries, orders, and edits are handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities - Provide prompt, skilled support to internal and external customers via phone and email - Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve inquiries and issues - Review and validate order edits for accuracy prior to release to production - Identify and report discrepancies for correction and follow-up - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Develop strong knowledge of products, pricing, installation guides, and order processes - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve service delivery - Support team coverage during absences and assist with workload balancing - Ensure adherence to established customer service processes and company procedures - Organize workload effectively to maintain continuous workflow Qualifications & Requirements - Post-secondary education preferred - Minimum 3 years of customer service experience ( 3 PL, warehouse , office set up) - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Comfortable working both independently and within a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google tools, and ERP systems (AS400 an asset) - Experience in manufacturing or office furniture industry is an asset Additional Information - High-volume environment (processing approximately 200+ orders per week) - Collaborative team setting with cross-functional interaction - Opportunity to build product and industry knowledge ***Career Connections Canada Inc. welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
