Key Responsibilities Provide phone and email support to customers and sales representatives regarding orders, inventory, and product details Process incoming orders, quotes, returns, and adjustments accurately Recommend alternative or promotional products to support sales growth Communicate real-time inventory and product availability, and follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction Respond to requests for product information, samples, and catalog materials Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently or in a team Proactive problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset and ability to up-sell Previous experience in B2B customer service or sales, ideally in a call-center or order-processing environment Position Details Full-time prospect Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM In-office role (on-site attendance required) Salary: $50,000 per annum APPLY NOW!
