Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding (Vaughan)

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong background in plastic injection molding manufacturing . The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining injection molding machines and related production equipment to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime. Tagalog-speaking candidates are required for this position. Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Ensure all production equipment is operating efficiently and safely Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and minimize downtime Maintain maintenance logs and complete repair documentation Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and process improvements Inspect equipment regularly and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades Work closely with production and quality teams to support daily operations Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies at all times Qualifications: Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a plastic injection molding setting Strong knowledge of injection molding machines and manufacturing equipment Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery Must be able to communicate in Tagalog Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oi9ht
