Job Overview Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers of Give&Go in accordance with the department’s target objectives. This role is a 7‑month contract.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end‑to‑end customer order process for both manual and EDI purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, coordinating pick‑up or delivery, facilitating accurate invoicing, and resolving en‑route customs or transportation issues.

Develop and build strong positive relationships with external customers, brokers and internal key stakeholders such as sales, finance, shipping, and demand planning.

Manage overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D), identify root cause and provide solutions.

Communicate regularly with planning, production, QA and shipping to ensure customer requests are met.

Identify best practices, share knowledge with co‑workers, and document SOPs for all department processes.

The Recipe For Success

Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in an office environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Exceptional time‑management and follow‑up skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize issues and provide solutions.

Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint).

Ability to handle interruptions and distractions effectively, setting appropriate priorities to get the job done.

Demonstrate a positive attitude and composure with a high level of professionalism.

Ability to work effectively independently, with management, and as part of a team to meet targets.

Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to provide helpful solutions to customer issues.
