If so, we have the perfect chance for you! What You'll Do As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will: Handle cash transactions with precision and care. Assist with the efficient opening and closing of our branch. Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about our financial products and services. Enter data accurately using various platforms and POS systems. Promote our range of store products and services. Apply risk assessment strategies for high-risk transactions. Balance daily cash and debit/credit transactions. Maintain a welcoming store environment. Complete necessary paperwork with attention to detail. Assist customers with their financial needs and ensure their satisfaction. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A College Diploma or equivalent work experience. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Strong computer skills and Microsoft Excel proficiency. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills. A team-player attitude with energy and enthusiasm.
