Description
Affiliate, Partnerships&Influencer Manager Vaughan, Canada; Calgary, Canada
Full time
Overview We build serious gym equipment for serious lifters— and we need someone seriously good at growing the channels that get our gear in front of them. As our Affiliate, Partnerships&Influencer Manager, you’ll own three revenue‑driving growth channels end-to-end: affiliate, partnerships, and influencer/creator marketing. If you’re the kind of person who geeks out over performance data and knows how to build real relationships, keep reading.
What you’ll do Affiliate Marketing
Full ownership of affiliate performance, revenue, and growth (the good, the bad, and the“why is this traffic converting at 0.3%?”)
Day‑to‑day relationship management and communications with affiliates
Monitoring and optimizing commissions, budgets, and overall channel efficiency
Recruiting, onboarding, and training new affiliates and traffic sources
Handling contracts, insertion orders, compliance, and fraud prevention— yes, the unglamorous stuff matters
Coordinating product seeding, samples, and gifting
Approving offers, troubleshooting issues, and genuinely helping affiliates succeed
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance with insights people will actually act on
Keeping up with affiliate trends, tools, and best practices so we’re never the last ones to the party
Partnerships
Own and grow our partnerships channel and the revenue that comes with it
Identify and develop new opportunities that actually make sense for the brand (no random collab requests just because someone has a logo)
Manage inbound requests and run proactive outreach to the right players
Build relationships that go beyond the contract— partners should want to work with us again
Track and report on performance so we know what’s worth doubling down on
Influencers&Content Creators
Own the creator pipeline from first outreach through to content going live
Source and recruit creators who fit the brand and can speak credibly to our audience (gym bros who actually lift, not just pose)
Manage gifting logistics, contracts, briefs, and timelines without things falling through the cracks
Coordinate with the marketing team to make sure creator content actually gets deployed, not just collected
Evaluate performance and content quality with a critical eye
Stay ahead of trends to spot emerging creators before they’re expensive
Leverage influencer partnerships to support campaigns and product launches with real impact
Working With the Team This role doesn’t exist in a vacuum. You’ll work closely with our marketing, social, and paid media teams to make sure everything you’re building actually fits the bigger picture — and you’ll speak up when processes, offers, or partner experiences could be better. We like people who push back constructively.
You have a track record of actually growing affiliate and/or influencer programs (not just maintaining them)
You’re equal parts relationship‑builder and data nerd
You can write a solid brief, read a performance report, and negotiate a contract— ideally all in the same afternoon
You don’t need hand‑holding, but you know when to loop people in
You understand that“good enough” is not a growth strategy
Bonus points if you’ve ever deadlifted something heavier than your laptop
Qualifications
1+ year experience in affiliate marketing (tools, platforms, and terminology)
Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., PAP, Impact)
1+ year experience managing influencer campaigns
Understanding of paid media and how creator/affiliate content feeds into ads
1+ year experience managing brand partnerships
Experience working with a DTC ecommerce brand preferred
Basic data analysis skills (Google Analytics, spreadsheets, attribution tools)
Negotiation and deal structuring experience
Highly organized with strong communication skills
Relationship‑oriented with excellent customer service instincts
Familiarity with the fitness industry and key influencers is an asset
About Bells of Steel Inc. At Bells of Steel, we’re on a mission to make fitness and strength training approachable, affordable, and fun. We design and manufacture high‑quality strength and exercise equipment for home gym enthusiasts and fitness pros alike — and we take that mission seriously, even if we don’t always take ourselves that way.
We’re not your typical stuffy fitness brand. We’re curious, a little cheeky, and always pushing to do things better — whether that’s the products we build, the processes we run, or the way we show up for our customers and each other. We trust our people to take smart risks, speak honestly, andlearn fast. We believe the best ideas come from teams that respect each other, listen well, and actually enjoy working together.
Our customers are at the center of everything— from the first design sketch to the last mile of delivery. We exist to make them stronger, and we hold ourselves to that standard every day.
If you want to be part of a fast‑moving, no‑BS team that’s shaking up the fitness industry, you might just fit right in.
