Seeking a proactive Account Executive to drive commercial insurance solutions within the construction sector. Engage with clients, assess risks, and recommend tailored coverage in a hybrid work environment.

In this role, you will take charge of an expanding book of business focusing on Commercial Construction and Development. Collaborate with a talented team to manage insurance placements and engage with clients both virtually and in-person. Expect to assess risk exposures and negotiate coverage terms expertly while ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage a diverse book of commercial insurance accounts • Assess risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage • Collaborate with Account Associates for renewals and updates • Negotiate rates and develop risk management strategies • Support clients through claims negotiations andsettlements

Requirements:• Minimum 3 years in commercial insurance brokerage • Effective communication and time management skills • RIBO License is mandatory • Leadership experience for at least 1 year • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
